Tonka Bean Bliss Ball Dessert
Walnuts are high in essential amino acids and fats, and they are also rich in vitamin E, making them beneficial for our skin. Additionally, walnuts act as antioxidants and contain significant amounts of magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, and copper. These healthy energy balls are truly suitable for keeping track of the changing seasons in the kitchen. We can always prepare them with fresh, vitamin-rich, high-nutrient, and, last but not least, affordable fruits and vegetables that are locally available during each season. To embrace seasonality, substitute carrots for roasted or freshly grated pumpkin in the winter, and complement it with ginger.
