GetFIT App Community Guidelines & User Agreement

By using our platform, the GetFIT App (getfitapp.fit), and participating in its associated communities, group chats, discussion boards, or any other conversation platforms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Your participation indicates your acceptance of these rules, and failure to adhere to them may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our services.

1. General Code of Conduct

To maintain a respectful and supportive environment, all users must:

Treat others with respect: Engage with other members in a kind, professional, and inclusive manner. Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
Be constructive: Disagreements should remain civil and focused on ideas, not personal attacks.
Refrain from inappropriate language or content: No profanity, vulgarity, or sharing of explicit, offensive, or illegal material is allowed.

2. Privacy and Personal Information

Do not share sensitive personal details such as addresses, phone numbers, financial information, or login credentials.
Use the community features at your own risk; GetFIT App is not liable for any issues resulting from the sharing of personal information.
Be mindful of others' privacy and avoid posting personal information about them without consent.ű

3. Content Sharing and Intellectual Property

No sharing of exclusive or paid content: Refrain from sharing recipes, workout plans, or any material from the Premium Membership with others in the community. However, honest reviews (both positive and negative) about our content are allowed.
Any content you post in the GetFIT App community becomes part of the public discourse and can be moderated or removed at the discretion of the GetFIT App team.
Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using GetFIT App's intellectual property without prior permission.

4. Prohibited Activities

To protect the integrity of our community, the following actions are strictly forbidden:

Promotion of external services or brands: Any marketing or advertising of third-party companies, brands, or personal services unrelated to the GetFIT App is not allowed.
Self-promotion: Posting links or advertisements for personal coaching, products, or other ventures is prohibited unless you are an approved affiliate or coach working with GetFIT App.
Spamming: Repetitive or irrelevant messages, unsolicited promotions, or disruptive behavior will result in warnings and potential bans.

5. Use of Community Features

Participation in group chats, forums, and other community areas is at your own responsibility. The GetFIT App team moderates these spaces but cannot guarantee the accuracy or safety of information shared by users.
Respect the moderators and coaches who manage the community and follow their guidance. Any disputes regarding moderation should be directed to the support team privately.

6. No Solicitation or Unauthorized Offers

Soliciting services or selling products within the community is prohibited unless explicitly approved by GetFIT App.
Coaches or professionals not affiliated with GetFIT App are not permitted to offer their services within the app. Only services that provide a commission to GetFIT App are allowed, with prior approval.

7. Reporting and Moderation

If you notice violations of these terms, report the behavior to moderators or support staff immediately.
The GetFIT App team reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Participation in the community is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
The GetFIT App and its operators are not responsible for damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of community features.
All fitness or health advice shared in the community is for informational purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals for tailored advice.

9. Consequences of Violations

Violations of these terms may result in:

Warnings: Minor infractions may lead to an official warning.
Temporary Suspension: Repeated or more serious violations may result in temporary loss of access to community features.
Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations will result in permanent removal from the GetFIT App community.

10. Agreement to Terms

By participating in the GetFIT App community, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your account or access to our services.
