Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of dried or fresh soft rosehips
  • 2 bananas
  • 0.4 liters of cooled, strong rosehip tea

Instructions:

‍

1. Rosehip tea:

‍Place the rosehips in warm but not hot water (as heat can degrade vitamin C) and let them soak for an hour.

‍

2. Banana:

Slice the bananas and pre-freeze them so you can make a pleasantly cold smoothie without the need for additional cooling.

‍

3. Mix the ingredients:

Once the rosehip tea has completely cooled, blend it with the other ingredients.

4. Tip:

Optionally, enhance the drink with 1 teaspoon of acai powder or camu camu powder.

Aiming for stable blood sugar levels and a better macronutrient ratio, add one scoop of collagen. We recommend the Get Shredded collagen for your attention.
