Instructions:
1. Prepare the Creme Brulee:
a. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and place ramekins in a baking dish.
b. In a saucepan, gently heat almond milk until it's warm but not boiling.
c. In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks, vanilla protein powder, sugar substitute, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
d. Gradually add the warm almond milk to the egg mixture, stirring continuously.
