Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons dried nettle or fresh nettle leaves
  • 2 bananas
  • 450 ml nettle tea
  • 1 apple

Instructions:

Slice the bananas in advance and freeze them.

Prepare a strong nettle tea and let it cool completely.

2. Blend:

Add the frozen bananas and the apple to the tea, then blend until creamy, approximately 1 minute.

Tip:

Before blending the smoothie, you can add 4 fresh nettle leaves, 1 tablespoon of wheatgrass powder, and 1 tablespoon of spirulina powder.
