Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- Carrot
- Bell pepper
- Celery root
- Millet flakes
- Egg
- Coconut oil
- Salt

1. Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Roasted vegetables:
Peel and chop the carrot, bell pepper, and celery root into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chopped vegetables on a baking sheet, drizzle with a bit of coconut oil, and season with salt. Roast in the preheated oven until golden and tender.
3. Chicken:
While the vegetables are roasting, prepare the chicken. Flatten the chicken breast slightly with a meat mallet.
