Ingredients:

  • 250g chicken breast
  • Ghee or coconut oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Spices according to preference
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 4 broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon broccoli sprouts
  • Fresh cilantro and parsley
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar

1. Chicken:

Dice the chicken breast and sauté it in a little ghee or coconut oil until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and your preferred spices.

2. Quinoa:

Cook the quinoa in twice the amount of salted water or broth until it's done (approximately 20 minutes). Flavor it with finely chopped herbs.

3. Broccoli:

Cut the broccoli into small florets and dice the carrot. Blanch both in hot water for just 1-2 minutes.

4. Eggs & Tomatoes:

Chop the boiled eggs and tomatoes into small pieces.

5. Layer

Once all ingredients are prepared, layer them in a preserving jar according to your preference.

Drizzle the layered ingredients with a little extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
