Ingredients:

  • 300 g apples
  • 200 g seasonal fruits (frozen fruits can be used instead)
  • 1 dl plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4-5 cloves
  • 2-3 slices of lemon
  • 5 dkg glycine (instead of sugar)

Instructions:

1. Preparation:

Dice the apples, including the peel, and cook them with lemon slices, cinnamon, cinnamon stick, and cloves until they become tender. Once softened, remove the lemon slices, cinnamon stick, and cloves.

2. Blending:

Add the rest of the cleaned fruits (strawberries, raspberries, apricots, cherries, currants, blackberries, plums, melon - these can be used interchangeably in the soup), yogurt, and then blend the soup until smooth. Sweeten the soup to taste with glycine or another sugar substitute.

3. Chill:

Chill the soup in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours; only remove it from the fridge when ready to serve.
