Gluten-free BLT Bites
Bacon, lettuce, and tomato - a classic sandwich reimagined into delightful bite-sized treats. These BLT bites are perfect for entertaining guests with a fresh twist on a timeless favorite.
Ingredients:
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 5 slices of bacon
- 100g cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 20 leaves of arugula
- Finely chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:

1. Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the chopped herbs, salt, pepper, and Greek yogurt.
2. Bacon:
Place bacon on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) with convection for 8-10 minutes or until crispy.
3. Tomatoes:
Hollow out the inside of the cherry tomatoes and fill them with the cream cheese mixture.
4. Finishing touches:
Insert a piece of crispy bacon into each cream cheese-filled tomato.
Add a leaf of arugula on top and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
5. Serve:
Serve and enjoy these delightful BLT bites at your next gathering.
