- Chicken breast
- Apple
- Jasmine rice
- Eggs
- Millet groats
- Coconut cream
- Coconut oil
- Coconut milk
- Rice flour
- Flaxseed
- Parsley

1. Rice:
Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
2. Chicken:
In a bowl, whisk eggs and set aside.
Place millet groats in a food processor and pulse until they resemble coarse crumbs.
In separate bowls, prepare one with millet crumbs, one with rice flour, and one with flaxseed.
Season chicken breast with salt and dredge each piece in rice flour, then dip in the whisked eggs, and coat with a mixture of millet crumbs and flaxseed.
