Hydrating Vitamin Water Elixir with Cucumber
Cucumber is excellent for hydrating the body, whether used as a face mask or consumed raw. If cucumber is not available, you can prepare vitamin water from berries, apricots, grapes, or even add celery or other herbs. You can flavor it with lemon balm and basil, as these citrusy flavors blend well. Cucumber is rich in B-vitamins, vitamin C, and flavonoids, making it an excellent antioxidant and immune booster. The fiber it contains also aids in the functioning of the digestive system.
