Crunchy Coconut Nut Cookie Mix

- 1.5 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup mix of nuts and seeds
- 1 heaping tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup or coconut blossom syrup

Coarsely chop the nuts and seeds, then mix them with the remaining ingredients.
2. Bake:
Bake in a preheated convection oven at 190 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes on parchment paper.
