Ingredients:
- 4 dl coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of grated tonka bean (or a small amount of cinnamon as an alternative)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions:

Mix the ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate overnight.
2. Tip:
‍Create separate batches of matcha and chocolate pudding, layering them for a delightful contrast. If matcha powder is unavailable, prepare a strong green tea, replacing one-third of the coconut milk with it.
