Beetroot and Dried Plum Bliss Ball
Walnuts are high in essential amino acids and fats, and they are also rich in vitamin E, making them beneficial for our skin. Additionally, walnuts act as antioxidants and contain significant amounts of magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, and copper. These healthy energy balls are truly suitable for keeping track of the changing seasons in the kitchen. We can always prepare them with fresh, vitamin-rich, high-nutrient, and, last but not least, affordable fruits and vegetables that are locally available during each season. To embrace seasonality, substitute beets for fresh blueberries in the fall.
